Circle Gatherings
We come together in circle,
bare feet on the ground,
to feel the breath,
our connection with Mother Earth,
with Father Sky,
with one another.
Circle gatherings are a guided experience in nature: an opportunity to sink into presence, the breath, and the body, tapping into the power of the senses.
Our time together includes meditation with gentle physical movement and the creation of vocal sounds. This is a lighthearted experience that also honors the deep wisdom of our own embodiment.
Each event may be open to all or I will note if it is specifically focused for women. Women's gatherings are intended for those who feel authentically called to participate in a women-centered circle; I welcome women, transgender women, nonbinary and gender-expansive people who are aligned with the intention of the gathering.
My intention and hope is for our circles to support us in living more and more from within the heart space - the place where the energies of Earth and Sky meet - so that we may be beacons of light in our every day lives.

New Moon Rock Connection
An in-person meditative gathering on one of Trinidad's cozy beaches in Humboldt County on the Libra New Moon and 10/10/10 portal.
This gathering was an opportunity to be present with the physical body and with the Earth, bringing awareness deep within the heart and sinking into the inner world.
Connecting with a gorgeous boulder first through breath, intention, and a visual journey, then exploring vocalized sound and playing with easeful physical movement.
The wind was wild and the tide was low. The sky was clear and the sun was warm.

Maple Tree Ceremony
9 women in white gathered on an early morning, in circle beneath a vortex of 3 Maple trees.
The trees were adorned with flowers, herbs, our attention and love.
We shared in guided breath and stillness, visualization and sound, voice and movement.
