My roots are in ensemble-based physical theatre and devised performance. After studying theatre at university and training at L’École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, I co-founded Soif Compagnie and performed original works in Europe before returning to collaborate with companies in the San Francisco region including Ochlos Theatre Lab, Theatre of Yugen, Bay Area Children's Theatre and bluemonkey works. I then continued my training at Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre, where I received a Master of Fine Arts.

Across comedy, movement, clown, mask work, and collaborative divising, my work has explored transformation, myth, and the language of the body. These foundations now inform a new chapter of artistic expression that weaves theatre with spiritual practice, sacred embodiment, Earth connection, and creative ritual.
